Wherever we possibly can, our food products are made from scratch. That’s every cookie, every loaf of banana bread, every protein ball - handmade by our food team, and delivered into stores daily. While the team at La Madre Bakery handcraft the bread and croissants we use, we take care of each delicious filling, right down to the dill mayo and tomato relish in our toasties.
Our Bacon & Egg toastie is made using free range eggs from Ravens Creek Farm in Moriac, streaky bacon rashers, deliciously melty mozzarella and tomato relish, sandwiched in La Madre sourdough.
