Bean Squeeze Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Gift Card Availability
    Bean Squeeze Gift Cards (Gift Cards) are available for purchase online as eGift Cards or as physical Gift Cards at any Bean Squeeze store in Australia.

  2. Gift Card Value
    Gift Cards can be loaded with amounts between $10 and $500. The value shown on the Gift Card includes GST.

  3. Redemption

    • Gift Cards entitle the holder to products equal to the value stated on the Gift Card or remaining after partial redemption.

    • Gift Cards can only be used for in-store purchases at any Bean Squeeze location in Australia.

    • Gift Cards are not redeemable for purchases made through third-party ordering or delivery channels, including Uber Eats, Menu Log, or similar services.

  4. Usage

    • Gift Cards are partially redeemable, and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card until expiry.

    • Gift Cards are non-reloadable and not refundable or redeemable for cash.

  5. Balance and Expiry

    • Gift Card holders can check their balance in-store at any Bean Squeeze location.

    • Gift Cards expire 3 years from the date of issue. Any unused balance after expiry will not be refunded or credited.

  6. Internet Requirements

    • All Gift Cards require a working internet connection for redemption. From time to time, internet outages may occur, rendering Gift Cards temporarily unusable. Bean Squeeze will endeavour to resolve such issues as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for delays caused by internet connectivity problems.

  7. Lost or Stolen Cards

    • Gift Card holders are solely responsible for their Gift Cards. Bean Squeeze is not liable for and will not replace any lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.

  8. Exceeding Gift Card Value

    • If the Gift Card holder’s order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the Gift Card holder will be required to pay the difference in price.

  9. Fraud Prevention

    • Should Bean Squeeze suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Card, it may refuse to redeem the Gift Card until satisfied that no fraud has occurred.

By purchasing or using a Bean Squeeze Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
